The Services

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all services operated by Tease Labs Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17165443), including:

  • the Tease Labs website at www.teaselabs.com and www.tease-labs.com
  • the Tease platform, consisting of: (a) the Tease mobile application for iOS and Android; and (b) the Tease web app at one.tease.run

Acceptance

By accessing or using any part of the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any part of the Services
  • Use the Services in any unlawful way
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Services
  • Redistribute, copy or publicly display game content (puzzles, levels, artwork)
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantage

Intellectual property

All content, artwork, puzzles, game designs, software and branding in the Services are owned by or licensed to Tease Labs Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

We reserve the right to modify, update or remove content at any time without notice.

Entertainment only

The Tease platform is for entertainment purposes only. It does not involve real-money wagering, prizes of monetary value or gambling of any kind. Games are puzzles and brain teasers offered purely for enjoyment.

App Store terms

If you access the Tease platform through a mobile application, the terms of the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion and without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
