Who we are
Tease Labs Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17165443). We are the data controller for all services described in this policy.
“The Services” means everything we operate, including:
- the Tease Labs website at www.teaselabs.com and www.tease-labs.com (collectively, “this website”)
- the Tease platform, consisting of: (a) the Tease mobile application for iOS and Android; and (b) the Tease web app at one.tease.run
What we collect
Tease mobile app and web app
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. No personal data, names, email addresses or device identifiers are collected. You can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@teaselabs.com.

Game progress is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
Tease+ subscribers
A Tease+ subscription requires you to create an account. We collect and process your email address for the following purposes:

Your game progress is stored under an account identifier linked to your email address and synced across your devices as part of the Tease+ service. It is deleted when you delete your account.
We do not store payment card details.

We use PostHog to collect anonymous page-view and interaction analytics. No personal data or cookies are collected.

We do not use advertising SDKs, sell your data or share it with any other third parties.
Data transfers
- PostHog BV is based in the Netherlands; our project is hosted in their EU region (Frankfurt)
- Tally NV is based in Belgium and processes form data within the EEA
- AWS infrastructure serving our Services is configured in EU regions
- No personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or EEA
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing of your data (Art. 18)
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@teaselabs.com. We will respond within one month.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
